I've spent more than 10 years in the beauty industry — but I didn't start with a salon, a team or a six-figure business.

My journey started in my late teens, taking clients from the spare room of my home while building my career. I worked across waxing, lashes, brows and hair, learning the industry from the ground up before eventually moving to Dubai.

After being made redundant from my corporate career, I found myself having to start again. So I went back to what I knew. Beauty.

I rebuilt through hair, beauty and celebrity clientele before opening my own Dubai salon in 2022. That business grew into a well-known, award-winning six-figure salon with a team of nine.

At one stage, I grew monthly salon revenue from approximately 50K AED to 110K AED in under 90 days. But building it taught me far more than how to increase revenue.

I've dealt with pricing, marketing, client acquisition, retention, staff, overheads, operations, sales, leadership, quiet periods, rapid growth — and expensive mistakes.

Today, I use those lessons to help beauty professionals build stronger, more profitable businesses without having to learn everything the hard way. I've worked across the UK, Middle East and Africa and now mentor beauty professionals internationally.

I'm not teaching business from theory.
I'm teaching what I've actually built, lived and learned.
